I recall hearing about Atari Unix, but most of the chatter was about Multi-TOS. Did you ever try that on your TT?
Back in the day I was a big user of Gribnif Geneva for multitasking with my Mega STE. I never really used MultiTOS with the Mega STE and I don't recall if I tried it while I had the TT. I suspect I just used Geneva, which I found to be faster and more compatible.
Had the TT or the Amiga 3000/UX been more successful in the low-end UNIX workstation market, we could be in a very different world today. Such a shame.

Just a note - Commodore didn't use the 68020 in the Amiga 2000. It was used in the Amiga 2500.
