More Pascal Programming
One of the earliest Pascal programs I made available was something called ReadText. This was a TTP (TOS Takes Parameters) command-line program that counted up a variety of statistics in a text file, including: words, lines, words per line and more.
According to the file header, I wrote this in July 1990. I believe it was originally a programming assignment for one of my university classes the prior year, probably written in Turbo Pascal, that I converted to Personal Pascal on my Atari ST.
At some point I made it available on Delphi and GEnie as a free download and I was surprised to get feedback from people that were using it.
One such user was Al Fasoldt, who wrote about a lot of Atari stuff at the time. ReadText was even mentioned in his popular Secrets of NeoDesk 4 series!
