Pole Position, Part 2

The Atari ST version + other versions

As I mentioned in Pole Position Part 1, there was no official Atari ST port of Pole Position. By the time the ST rolled around, porting older arcade games just wasn’t done often. I suspect most people had seen the games enough by then that yet another port looked like a money grab.

There was however an unofficial port released in 2014 or so. In Pole Position Part 2 I’ll be covering this Atari ST port, some of the ports for other non-Atari systems and a Pole Position cartoon from the 80s.
