Populous was also available for many other platforms, of course. Ones that I know of include Amiga, DOS, Super Nintendo and the Nintendo DS.

There were actually several sequels to Populous. First there was Powermonger, but that did not seem to be much of a hit. Later there were other more similarly-styled sequels, including Populous: The Beginning and Populous II: Trial of the Olympian Gods.
