Video: A Brief Overview of the Atari 800XL
For the past year or so, I’ve been a member of the New England Vintage Electronics Club (NEVEC). The club has a strong focus on vintage radios as that is how it first originated, but is open to enthusiasts of all types of vintage electronics. Membership is just $6/year should you be interested!
Zoom meetings are held twice a month and I attended a recent one that was a “round-robin open forum” where people take turns sharing something interesting. I decided to talk a bit about the Atari 800XL.
You can check out my short presentation here, which is about 10 minutes long:
And if vintage radios are your thing, you might find the rest of the video worthwhile.
I’d also like to mention that one of NEVEC’s big events is the New England Vintage Electronics Expo. This year it is on Sunday, March 1 at the Castleton Banquet & Conference Center in Windham, New Hampshire. If you’re in northern New England, you might want to check it out. I’ll be there!
