I’ve written about Compute’s Atari Disk & Magazine (CADM) previously and have made the 11 disks available as MSA images. Thanks to a reader (Michael K.), I am happy to share the “feature picture” from each issue below.
Each issue, CADM would print a color picture drawn and submitted by a reader. These seem to be all done in the 16-color, 320x200 low resolution mode.

I vividly recall going to the local grocery store in Newport News, Virginia and picking up a copy of Compute!'s Atari ST Disk Magazine every two months back in 1986/7. I remember most every image you feature here and, in fact, printed most of them out on my 520ST's Okimate 20 printer. I placed several in a photo album that still sits on my shelf, today.
